What is Blow Molding Machine?
It is one kind of two step stretch type bottle making plant.
It is suitable to produce plastic bottles based on PET raw material.
It is widely used to produce 3 to 5gallon pet barrels.
This semi automatic 5 gallon bottle blow moulding machine is suitable for producing PET plastic containers and bottles from 5L to 25L. It is widely used to produce the carbonated bottle, mineral water, carbonated drink bottle, pesticide bottle oil bottle cosmetics, wide-mouth bottle etc.

THIS 5 gallon stretch blow moulding machine is specially designed to produce 3-6 gallon bottle and 25L wide mouth jar. Its max output is up to 90 BPH for 5-gallon bottle and even could reach 120 bottles per hour in certain case.
THE 5 gallon bottle blowing machine consists of main unit and rotary infrared heater. The ordinary quartz lamp cannot heat preform ideally because the preform wall is excessively thick. The infrared heater with high penetrative force can heat the inside and outside of preform simultaneously and keep preform in even heating, therefore high shaping quality.
What an operator should do during production is just to put heated preform into the blow mold and press the switch, and then computer will take care of the whole procedure
Before starting to manufacture the machine it is neccessory for us to get the bottles samples according to which we can design the preform and bottles mold. The shape of the PET bottles can be various according to client. We can help to sculpt the bottles and confirm with client before making bottle moulds.
1) Adopting double crank to adjust mould, heavy locking mould, stable and fast, Adopt infrared oven to heat the perform, the perform rotated and heated equally.
2) The air system has been divided into two parts: Pneumatic action part and bottle blow part to meet the different requirements for the action and blow. It can provide sufficient and steady high pressure for blowing large irregular shaped bottles.
3) The machine is also equipped with muffler and oiling system to lubricate the mechanical part of the machine.
4) The machine can be operated in the step-by-step mode and the semi- auto mode.
5) The machine is small with low investment, easy and safe to operate by one person

MAIN BLOWING MACHINE
SIEMENS PLC controller. FESTO hydraulic elements, valves and pipes. MISHUBICH VVVF motor. The mould clamping system design is adopted by the advanced toggled lock design producing strong clamping force. The mould thickness can be adjusted by gear-turned belt automatically. On the blowing base of machine, an automatic moving device is assembled.
The preheater is an infrared heater. When the preforms being heated in the infrared heater by circulation movement, they can also be rotating independently. Inside the preheater, there are 22 holding heads for the preforms and 12 infrared pipes providing 12 zones of different heating temperature. It ensures accurate temperature at each zone pipe without fluetuation, guarantee high percentage of perfect end products.
FUNCTION OF AUXILIARY EQUIPMENT
(1) Air compressor is the air source for PET stretch blow molding machine, carrying out the process of compressing air from atmosphere to the required pressure.
(2) Air dryer is to remove the moisture from the compressed air and lower temperature of the compressed air in the heat exchanger.
(3) Air filter is to clear up the impurities out of the compressed air, like carbon-hydrogen, tiny dust and solid particles.
(4) Air tank is to receive and supply air for the machine as storage.
Warranty : One year from the date from the date of Installation or acceptance of the Plant whichever comes first.
Free Spare Parts : Digital instrument, Sealing, Stretching cylinder seal ring, Mould-adjustment wrench, Furnace temperature table, Furnace heating tube and other relative vulnerable part .
Installation : Experts’ team to buyer’s country after confirmation that the goods arrived in site and civil works completed get ready for installation. Funds for trip need to be payed by client and extra salary $50/day during the engineer’s journey.
